In order to better grasp the theory and practical skills of the course, on May 14, 2024, Professor Zhou Keqing and Dr. Qin Shikun led the students of the "Government Accounting Practice" course to the Wenjiang District Finance Bureau for research and study. The director of the Wenjiang District Finance Bureau, Feng Wei, the head of the Treasury Department, Li Xun, and the head of the Budget Department, Li Qin, received the students.

Director Feng introduced the composition and main responsibilities of the Wenjiang District Finance Bureau, giving the students a fuller understanding of the work content of the Finance Bureau; Director Li Xun introduced the entire process of the final accounts of administrative and public institutions and the key points of the work. Director Li Qin used the 2023 Wenjiang District Finance Bureau's general public budget balance sheet and variation table as an example to introduce the final accounting process and main work points of the financial general accounting, and focused on analyzing issues such as the structure of fiscal revenue and expenditure.

The students further consulted on issues such as government transfer payments at different levels and the development of integrated system modules, and the leaders of the Finance Bureau fully answered the students' doubts. The students unanimously stated that through this practical teaching activity, they were not only able to better understand the relevant knowledge of public finance, but also had a deeper understanding of fiscal work, which enhanced their interest in learning the "Government Accounting Practice" course.
